Very bad service

It took me about a week to be able to place an order with this company. Their ability to answer phone is really non existent. Got order placed eventually. On day of delivery, I had all my workers on site to help with the concrete as well as our formwork consultants-half an hour after delivery was supposed to start, I had to phone and find out they are running late. No communication yet again. Needed another cube of concrete on site and was told it will be delivered after me paying for it and send POP . Which I immediately did. Now I get statements that I owe them money. Try and phone them-no answer. Send an email request for them to phone me-no action from their side. the worst company I have dealt with ever.
