Very disappointed with the service

AfriMarket's license was suspended on the (4 July 2025) and they only sent out an alert making me aware of this, when I followed up with regards to the status of my withdrawal that I submitted on the (11 July 2025) as it was taking longer than usual. It has just passed over 1 month and still there is no updates regarding the matter and when my withdrawal will be released.
