Dear Afrimarkets Team,
I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the support I’ve received from Afrimarket. From the beginning, I shared that I wouldn’t have time to monitor the markets daily, tracking when to buy and sell. You have helped me navigate this effectively, along with others who suggested opening additional trades. I’ve been able to make a profit, and despite some stock price movements, I decided to withdraw my funds for personal reasons. I placed a stop on my NASDAQ and Natural Gas positions, where I had made a profit of about R31,000.
However, after my request to withdraw, I was encouraged to consider opening new trades, which was very persuasive. I have a question about the bonus structure, which I initially asked about in my email of 14 October but didn’t receive a full explanation for.
I’ve attached an Excel sheet detailing my deposits, and according to my calculations, my profit is approximately R16,522.39 shoet, which appears to reflect about a 53% deduction. I’m unsure if this is due to Afrimarket’s fees or another factor.
Could you please clarify this breakdown and provide further information on how the bonus structure applies in this case?
Thank you for your assistance and for addressing this matter.

Dear Gary,
It was lovely chatting with you, as you were wondering where the deduction of the profit came from.
Swap fees are charged by a liquidity provider which is a third part. You can check the swap fees from your trading history.
When you close the trade, it is visible in your trade history section of the account.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Warm wishes,
Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. Withdrawal processing times can sometimes vary due to banking procedures and third-party processing, which is why we typically advise a 5-7 working day timeframe.
