Pathetic treatment by the store manager!!!

Bought three sets of Duravit toilets from them only to find out that after opening the case, one of them is broken. They even have the nerve to swear at their customers when confronted with such a serious matter and are quick to point to back to the return policy that will obviously protect them. When I ask for the footage as proof that they really checked all three units individually, they come up with all sorts of lies one being there might have been power cuts on the day they wrapped my parcel. They are more concerned that they will be making a loss should they take the back broken unit, and careless about their customer.

I was also due to collect the 3 toilet seats which were part for the initial order and were out of stock at the time of the toilet pans delivery... only to find out again that one of them was missing the mounting accessories only when I opened all three sets in front of them before I left the store.
