Afrikaanse Seuns Hoerskool Pretoria - School Fees

My son was in 2014 and 2015 at Affies - Afrikaanse Seun's Hoerskool Pretoria. I am a divorced parent and my divorce contract said that I am liable for 50% of the school fees and his mother for the other 50%. I app**** that time for exempt but have heard nothing back from the school. My son left school in 2015. In 2017 Malan Attorneys in Pretoria issued a summons and my son signed for the summons who was underaged at that time. In 2019 the listed me on the credit bureau. I want to find out what is my right as a parent as I am very unhappy as the school enforced my wife's half of school fees onto me while I have asked for an exempt on my ex-wife's half.
