Tickets not allocated but paid for!!

<p>I have booked 22 seats when the online bookings opened for the 2017 shows. Money was paid on the same day (R13090) and seats allocated. I received my confirmation email but when I wanted to print the tickets an error occured - NO TICKETS!! So when I phoned Ticket Pro they said that my seats were unavailable and that they could only give me a seat here and there!! NOW WHAT?????? This is unacceptable!! Ticket Pro is useless!!!!</p>
