Complaint

Good afternoon

I hope you will be able to assist me. My brother in law who is based in Nigeria wanted to study to be a pilot. Wesaw an adverti*****t from Afrika Union Aviation Academy situated in Mahikeng and an enquiry was made. Application documents were completed and a sum of 4500$ was paid into the academy's Absa account as a deposit on the 15 February 2018. An admission letter was sent to him on the 23 February 2018 as to apply for his study visa seeing classes were commencing on the 1st April 2018 according to the admission letter. His visa was declined as the Nigerian embassy cited that there was one supporting document missing that was suppose to accompany the admission letter. We tried contacting the school via landline telephone and cellphone number ********** and the lady called Jeanet answered the cellphone. I explained to her this matter she said i must call her back in an hour but ever since she has blocked my number. I posted on their page here on Facebook and a lady called Mrs Van Rooyen her cellphone number + ********** 2870 called me back. I explained to her and she told me that Jeanet is the one who deals with such issues and will ask her to call me. Both of them have since blocked my number and on whatsapp and on facebook. Numerous emails sent to their email account ********** are not responded.I will appreciate it if you can assist me or guide me on how to proceed with this matter.
