no service delivery. no refund!!

They said they provide bbbee certificates within 24/48 hours. They failed to. I had to pester them several times for the document. When they did deliver, the certificate had errors on it despite the fact that I gave them an affidavit with all relevant information. I asked for my money back. They keep on saying they will deposit my cash back but a month later am still waiting. They are very good at reacting and not been proactive in their service delivery. They only respond after you harass them and never take the initiative to tell you of any delays or problems. You have to contact them before they do.
