This is a great company to work for, but the problem is one person that is destroying the reputation of this company Sibeko. He always make people work in an uncomfortable environment. As he what people to be afraid of him, with his charges and he sad people that we absentee at work for more than 2 days this month, they will be charged R1000 per day they missed. They won't get their salary. I will like to know is they any law at South African that says if you missed a day at work you must be charged R1000.If you won't sign his CA you won't get your salary. Please we need some help with such abusive person at work place.
