Poor Installation

After numerous attempts to contact them they are ignoring me, I wish to bring to your attention that the installation that was done by Afrifuture Technologies is now falling apart. This being only after 10 months of the installation. The following are the problems that have arisen in just 10 months after the installation:<br> <br> 1. The window panels are leaking excessively and seem to be getting worse with each and every rainfall. One can actually view through the panel where the frame touches the wall. The silicone has come off and you can see straight through the crack.<br> 2. The sliding mechanism of the folding doors are faulty - you cannot even open the folding doors as they are now stuck.<br> 3. The lock has completely collapsed and cannot even lock the door.<br> 4. Water is leaking through the folding doors after each and every rainfall.<br> 5. My built in cupboards have been damaged due this poor installation.<br> <br> <br> I have record of the countless what's app messages as well (as pointed out to Diego).<br> <br> I am just wanting to have the issues below resolved as well as what Nic has seen and agrees needs to be done.
