I joined AfriFunerals last year 2020 Nd my premiums was up to date Nd last month I received SMS stating that I must pay my premiums Nd that message was vague for me Nd I tried to get hold of Kenny whose the head of AfriFunerals Nd with the numbers Nd e mails none is working Nd I found this is strange Nd also been communicating with the agent Simone kibido she also saying she can't get hold of him Nd I really need assistance with this matter their office number was *** Nd Kenny Mesefo *** Nd it's sad what his doing I've been trying also to send him messages on Facebook, WhatsApp nd on messenger,please let him rather refund me then I will opt with another insurance
