Impossible to stop debit order.

I have cancelled my subscription as a member due to the amount debited from my account being R50 more than I agreed upon. Furthermore, no gift packs were received as were agreed upon.

This is where my troubles started. Even after I phoned them twice, they agreed to stop the debit order, however then at the end of the next month, they then re-submit the debit order.

I had to dispute, and reverse the debit order now for the past 3 months, each time costing me R7.50 in additional banking fees. I am now thinking that a court case will be the only way to get rid of them. Furthermore, I am also wondering whether my debit order ends up in some private account.
