DEBIT ORDER NOT STOPPED AS REQUESTED

I signed a debit order about a year ago to contribute in drought relief for Farmers. Regretfully I am no longer able to do so, after numerous phone calls last month II finally got hold of someone to explain my situation and requested they cancel the debit order. The debit order was not stopped
