Serum concentrate quiry

I have been trying to get hold of Afriderm using telephone numbers and email published on their website but all is not working. I have bought two batches of serum concentrate and they are totally different from each other. The other one is colourless and the other one is cream in colour. I need to know why is this difference and should I trust this brand going forward?
