Outstanding online order

Awaiting for an online order for almost a month, I have not received any feedback. The listed numbers are incorrect, the landline number belongs Spaces century city and the cellphone stays off. I have sent numerous emails to customer services to no avail.

Please may I be advised on the company's refund process, so I can make alternative plans to get these products
