I had the worst 12 months of my life with these people at 360 Kent. Their contracts don't reflect what they do. First, they charged me for parking and sewer which wasn't on the lease. When I told them that I will leave their place because of the above they then threatened to blacklist me. The employees are unprofessional and they do not report any issues you raised. We spend 2 weeks without a stove a month without a kitchen sink. All they could say was it will be fixed tomorrow.

The water and sewer readings are not transparent, on a good month you can pay a minimum of R1200 in utilities on top of the rent. The place is also unprofessional. Parties go on up to 1 AM.

The corridors are never cleaned and always smell cigarettes and alcohol. The material used to build the place is of poor quality. Molds are all over the walls where the bathroom or sink touches the wall.

After all, They paid me my deposit after 22 days whilst the lease says it must be paid in 14 days.

Please don't fall into this trap.
