Worst Service and Facilities

Hello, I am a tenant at Afcrest Atlas. I have had the worst experience with the service here. I can go a week without water and electricity in my apartment and they constantly promising to fix it or not give me feedback because they also know how unreliable they are . They even blame each other for the poor service given here . We stay here simply because we have longterm contracts we are afraid of being charged against. I have had absolutely the worst experience staying here , if its not the basics its the leaking sinks ,the bad toilet seats , not having the balcony door key i am absolutely weak . As for Chad in the office even asked me if I paid rent 😂 so basically they want to look for a reason to have such a service . I am totally mad that I have to beg yet I pay rent here like really. I wish I could write more but everything here is so petty it makes me feel like unprofessional. Totally wouldn't reccomend this place we are all in tears 😭
