Worst Property Managment Company in SA

What a shocking two years with this company! leased a premises and what they said would be fixed was fixed but at our cost ( a huge hole in the wall) every month we were over billed on electricity and water despite putting a clause in the contract we still have not received the municipality bills to cross reference. on moving out we have been charged for new lights ( which we were not given the service and ******* removal which we too were not given that service when moving in, on request for the invoices to show the costs the response was that they will now withhold my deposit until the end of August. i truly hope the small claims courts give them what they deserve. if anyone else has issues feel free to contact me and we can put together a combined case against them. i have never dealt with so much professionalism bully tactics in my life. this company has zero moral grounding and every single one of their employee's are rude and above their tenants. stay away from all Africrest properties. Their contracts are flawed, their attitudes are that of a **** mentality and they believe that they can do what ever they want! See you in the small claims courts
