Unprofessional agency

My move to The Titans has been nothing but a nightmare. whilst I moved in December 2020, I noted that the balcony is not completed, it is the 9th of March and they are still busy working on the balcony and I am not even advised on what they are trying to do. This month they failed to debit my account for the monthly rental, they failed to communicate the issue. Only today I am being advised that my account will be taken to the Credit Bureau, without them having previously corresponded on this matter.
