Unacceptable living conditions at Stanley Studios & poor treatment of tenants

This is the absolute worst property management company I have come across! Stanley Studios apartments are a hazardous place to live in, with incomplete apartments being assigned to tenants some with live wires are exposed. I reported faulty electric plugs when I moved into Stanley Studios in February, this among a list of other things was not attended to despite numerous follow-ups. I had an electric fire break out this past Sunday which could have caused severe harm not only to myself but fellow tenants in the building. This has not been attended too, I am being forced to live in a dark apartment as the lights were blown out by this incident. Management shows no accountability and there have been several security breaches whilst living here. Please save yourself the trouble and do not consider Stanley studios or Propficient property management. Management will ignore your calls and emails, nobody takes responsibility for anything. They typically shift the blame to one another.
