The WORST company to rent from!!

This is the absolute WORST property management company. The building manager at the apartments on Kent does nothing at all, and lies about everything, people are constantly smoking and partying in their apartments so it is always unnecessarily loud-at ALL hours of the night, and they make you pay for additional items that are not included in the lease. I would strongly suggest that you look for another company to rent from. The building manager refuses to assist with fixing problems or dealing with any issues and in addition to that, there is zero safety, and the building literally feels like a res at University.

Please do not rent on KENT Avenue. The price might seem ok (for a VERY small place) but it’s really not worth it.
