The Village Bramley - Stay Away!

Everything about the property I live in was badly managed. I stay at The Village in Bramley and it has been a complete nightmare. I have heard a bad experience about one of their Ferndale properties as well Everything breaks and isn't fixed on time. I have had a leak in my ceiling for over a year that has not been fixed. There is constantly a problem: random water cuts, hot water issues(in winter) , low water pressure, wifi often doesn't work, my oven did not work and was not fixed for two months, random power cuts, one refuse area that is far and always full, constant management changes, there aren't enough parking bays, the list is endless and I am not the only one - every tenant I have known has had some sort of issue. Initially I put it down to teething issues but it's been constant pain for over 18 months Nevermind the fact that they withold your deposit and charge you two months rent for attempting to terminate your lease for all the above reasons Save yourself the trouble
