The Titan ( More like the nightmare)

I wish there was a option of Zero stars. Stay away from Africrest properties, a whole lot of people are saying that and we can’t all be wrong💀 They will charge you ridiculous amounts when you wanna cancel lease (they charged me 18k by the way), even if you tell them work is forcing you to do so. And if you can’t pay it they will tell you can’t move your furniture. They literally don’t give a damn about tenants for them its all about the money. Also the titan is now full of students , the noise levels are too much. I’d rather live under the bridge than live in one of their buildings again. And oh when you call head office because you wanna lay a complain the people there are so ****en rude, they will just say “there is nothing we can do” or “we can’t help you” ****ty ass people from building managers to their head office. If you value your peace stay away from their properties. Oh also their securities are also trash🚮🚮🚮
