The Leo apartments

The Leo apartments is infested with ****roaches. There are ***eon droppings on windows that are not cleaned. The buildings is noisy especially on weekends. Building management is very unprofessional. Maintenance on the units is not attended too. This month the tenants were debited twice and the money has not been returned it's been 10 days.
