Stay far away from THE LAND MARK APARTMENTS at all costs! I made the mistake of going for a viewing, liking the place, and paying the deposit for a unit. However, on the first day of the month, I was shockingly informed that I couldn't move in because the unit was temporarily occupied by another tenant whose unit needed cleaning. Why should their issue become mine? Over the next few days, I was bombarded with excuses for why I couldn't move in. Fed up with the runaround, I demanded a refund on my deposit. Yet, to this day, I haven't seen a single cent returned to me. This place is not just a ****; it's a nightmare waiting to happen.
