The Apollo Sunninghill Appalling Management

The Apollo Apartments in Sunninghill have a serious ****roach infestation that urgently needs to be addressed! The management is absolutely appalling, the staff barely get any work done, you can send an email to have an issue addressed and only have a response after over 24 hours and they will tell you how they are constantly investigating issues then still charge you for the matter the following month, proving very vividly that no investigations were done!

It's very well stipulated in your rules that the notice period for termination or non-renewal of a lease is 20 days but when you send a notice in with more than 20 days to spare you're told that they will come back to you with a response firstly asking you why you want to move out and then telling you they are awaiting a decisions from management. What decision needs to be taken by management when a lease is coming to an end? And then they slap you with an invoice charging rent for the next month when you've already informed them well in advance that you'd be moving out and when you try to address this they again ask you why you're moving out, are people forced to keep staying at their apartments even when they aren't satisfied?

People are being charged for parkings that aren't being used and don't have cars in them, ****roach infestations not being addressed, office staff that aren't diligent in how they do their work and I'm sure the next battle will be us having to put up a fight to get our deposit returned!

Would not recommend Africrest apartments to anybody! Save yourselves the stress
