This was a bad move, as fantastic as it all seems on the first view, it is far from it.

Let's start with the consultants, there is no customer service. In fact, the attitude is horrific. At this point I would love to have their job as they must be earning a lot to be so dismissive to the tenants needs. They are not only lacking in being polite but also do not assist. When they do, it is as if the effort is energy draining.

The apartments have leaks and there is constant construction. The walls are so thin that you hear your neighbours, this includes children running around. I have had these two issues since I have been there. People are dumping their bins in passages.

Please becareful not to be caught into the trap of this place.

The security is actually quite polite and helpful.
