I would strongly advise against renting with Africrest based on my experience. The level of unprofessionalism displayed is unacceptable, particularly when it comes to tenant concerns and security. The mishandling of service requests and blatant disregard for accountability have made living in their property frustrating and disappointing.

Most concerning is the issue of theft within the property by their staff, something that no tenant should ever have to experience. Instead of swift action and support, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency, highlighting a complete failure in upholding basic safety standards.
