Stay as far away as you can. Viewing went well and everyone i dealt with there was fine but after life happened and I needed to cancel is where problems started. Within 30days which is also mirrored in their terms ( which mean jack for you as a consumer ) so I thought it would be a quick and painless thing.

Get a mail back from this Chod individual that wants to fight me now on it , ended with me standing by with legal help( they explained how to do the following and get out as a court fight would've taken long and cost much more in related expenses ) and we negotiated that they keep the deposit and end the contract. Good way for them to make 5 grand for doing exceptionally little. Luckily i singed the contract in a way that only had me responsible for half the deposit haha

Over and above that , walking the premises I noticed atleast 3 ****roaches and a single rat that was just out side the one unfinished building.

I thank my lucky stars I'm not stuck in that place now as all these other complaints are probably grossly under stating the issues surrounding these properties.
