Stanley Studios at Milpark on 39 Stanley Rd. Do not bother moving in to this place. They lure you to this nice apartments but the building is poorly managed, the lifts hardly work, there is always blackouts that can go on for more than 48hrs at a time, there is also water issues. Do not buy their story, the backup power is only used to power corridor lights. Do not be lured by the external aesthetics, they are there for a reason. Rather find an apartment elsewhere.
