Stanley Studios the worst of the worst

Pathetic ******* of a company and unsafe living conditions. I moved an employee of mine into their unit at Stanley Studios. We had to move out because of the noise from other residents who drink in the corridors and cause a terrible chaos daily and loud music til early hours of the morning in the building. The building is also very unsafe we had water coming out of an electricity plug and would flood the apartment. It took their maintenance people over 3 months to fix the problem. The place is also very unhygienic with ****roaches, has garbage sometimes being left in the corridors and the cleaners leave dirty water and equipment all over the place. When we had to move out we gave them notice on the 10th day of the month and they wouldn’t allow us to move at the end of the month without ******** us of 2 months rent for early lease cancellation and still kept our deposit. Terrible place to live it, I wouldn’t advise anyone to move it. People are moving out daily because of the problems and they are using these scare tactics to keep the building occupied. The manager Mabila Mthanti does not even answer his phone to explain these ****s he’s running and the 2 assistants Boutumelo and Kaliza are equally as useless and pathetic. The building always has water and electricity cuts and sometimes for days on end. Their water bill goes from R30 one month and the next month R300 as if they just make these numbers in their empty heads. Terrible Terrible living conditions in that building with poor staff and management. I have all the pictures if anyone wishes to see what I am talking about and the problems in the building. The walls inside the apartment they gave us are even cracked in so many different places.
