Service unjustified billing

Hi there been staying at The Titan Africrest property since 2022 the service of this place is going down by the year.Just phoned the head office without any response. The phone keeps ringing,You get billed for water that is not accounted for or justified when you ask how the water is billed noone gives you a proper feedback. Rand water gives out a circular on their billing at Africrest the Titan you just get billed for water that you don't know how many litres billed at what rate.Can one person bath with 200 litres of water a day.
