Serious Health and Safety issue. Roof collapsed due to heavy rains

In the space of 2 years Africrest hasn't resolved any of its serious health and safety issues in one of their properties.

The Landmark apartment building has a serious safety hazard that hasn't been addressed, where the roof of the building has collapsed twice due to heavy rains.

As a tenant I demanded a report from a health and safety officer, that stated that the building was safe for tenants after the 2nd incident.

The poor management and neglect of the building has seriously got me questioning how this particular building was deemed safe for residents to live in.

I need legal assistance to deal with this issue. As I write this review my roof is leaking, I informed the landlord about an hour ago, and still nothing has been done.
