No DSTV connection

The Leo Apartments, we have been experiencing dstv and wifi installations issues with the Leo Apartments, we already half way into the month and DSTV connections have not been installed it seems the urgency of this has not been escalated as we have paid for the DSTV service with Multichoice but we unable to watch the purchased services as the building is not dstv ready, I have been in contact and we were advised that everything would have been sorted the previous weekend however we are still battling with the same issue

Can this be attended to as we are already half way into the month and we have not been using the facilities
