Management is very poor once you sign a lease your on your own. Deposit money you can wait for 2 months

The service is very poor once you sign the lease your on your own 🤞. Treating tenants as if they are varsity kids.
Also they lock your room and change locker if you happen to miss your payment with just days not months. I moved out they did inspections and charged me unknown amount with no email to show what they charge you for. They haven’t deposited my deposit money since I moved out from January to then the whole February they telling me to wait for march. When you call in they telling me stories and saying I can call the head office. Did I go to the head office when I did my lease? So why now?
