Horrible Service! Stay away!

On the 25th of November 2022, I terminated my lease with Africrest Properties ' s Apollo Apartments. On the day I asked and was told that I didn't need to send through anything and my deposit would be given to me asap. 10 Days later on the on the 5th of December I was told that I had outstanding documents and and if I didn't forward a bank confirmation letter before 5pm that day I woudn't receive my money that month. I obliged because I just wanted to be rid of them even though this wasn't told to me beforehand When asked when I would received the money , they asked me if it has reflected yet?!? I said no and this is when the ignoring began. After ignoring emails and calls we were told by management that they were attempting to give my money. After many calls and emails they suddenly went silent again. Late last month I then called and they said that they apologize that my payment must have "slipped through the cracks" and they assured me I would receive it by the 3rd of Jan. It's now the 4th of January and they are ignoring my calls and emails once more. For anybody looking for a place to stay, stay very far the The Apollo Apartments in Sunninghill Gauteng !! In fact all Africrest Properties in general. They are ******* and will probably ***** your money too!
