Now how did my rent go R2000 higher from what I signed for? Honestly, this is a *******! I’m just 3 months into my 12 months lease at The Apollo and I’m already dying to leave because the rent keeps on going up each month!!!!! Whatever you do, just DON’T rent with Africrest. They also have this bull**** rule that if you want to terminate your lease early, you have to pay FULL rent amount for 3 months, that’s where the GAG is, not even a portion, full rent! They don’t even deserve the one star that I’ve given them, they deserve 0 star!
