Extreme Unprofessionalism, Condescending behavior with Zero Customer Service.
Extremely unprofessional Management staff at the Landmark Apartments. I signed a lease by the 16th of August and moved in by the 17th. I selected a debit order as my method of payment to save on the fees as the lease agreement waives some fees if this becomes the preferred method of payment. By the 14th of October my electricity had been cut off and by the 15th I was locked out of my unit because their system didn't debit me. This is the most terrible service I have ever received in the history of being a tenant.

03 Nov 2025, 11:33Hi Ishmael,Thank you for your feedback, we take all tenant concerns seriously. After reviewing your account and the communication history, we would like to clarify the process. Your debit order could not be processed for October as your lease was finalised after the monthly debit order cut-off date. In addition, the first month’s payment is always required to be made manually (as reflected in the cost breakdown you received before moving in), and debit orders only run from the second month onward. Our team contacted you multiple times to confirm your correct bank account type, as our debit order system requires savings or cheque to be selected. Unfortunately, this information was not provided, which prevented us from completing the debit order setup. Banking details were also shared with you and you were requested to make the October payment manually. We remain committed to providing a professional and supportive resident experience. Please feel free to reach out to the Estate Office directly.
Kind Regards,
