Electricity cut after i payed R10500

I have been living at The Village for the past 3 years, it has been the lovly experience staying there untill i lost my Job last last year. i started being behing with my rent. I would negotiate and show them proof they understoond. Priviously they had a good management and Bonolo would understood problems that we were facing. I am raising a daughter that is writing her final exams they have cut the electricity, Wifi and water over R500 i failled to pay on my balance. I feel like am staying in a living hell!
