Don’t do it.

If you’re thinking on hopping on to Africrest, this is your sign not to. Stayed at the Atlas for a year. Moving in is easy, moving out is extremely hard. They forgot to process my deposit, after finally processing deposit, my deposit was less than half the amount expected - utilities apparently for 2 months in arrears .. no statement upon processing, just vibes. For a company that locks you out and/or switches off your electricity when you’re late for payment the same energy is not kept when it’s your funds that you’re entitled to. Don’t cause yourself a headache by moving in.
