Do not rent from Africrest (THE TITANS)

THE TITAN APARTMENTS: This is honestly the most frustrating real estate business we ever had to deal with. There is no communication from these guys. None whatsoever. Its been quite since we made our application except for the generic automated response.

We did specify when our application was made, that we are looking for something immediate since it was the beginning of the month. We were told the place needs to be repainted. That was last week. Still no feedback. Payment has been made, an immediate payment if I might add. Again, no communication or acknowledgment of our lease. This is going to be the longest and painful lease of our lives should we proceed with this lease. The *** number is also unattended. Siphosethu is mum. It must be hard for Thando to work there. She sold me the place at the first viewing. Great people's skills!
