Dishonest and they sell dreams

I paid a R10000 apartment reservation fee at The Landmark in Randburg and when I came in to move in it was still occupied on the 30th of De8and I was told the unit is empty I can easily move in on the 28th or 29th December actually.

On the 31st I withdrew my application because the unit was still occupied and there were lots of things I was sold that just changed out of the blue. And when I asked for a refund I was told it's non refundable because it's an admin fee. I don't know what admin fee for whereas when I needed to move in the unit was still occupied.

I honestly feel ****** and there's so much dishonesty blfrom the people.
