Disgusting service and no value for money

For anyone who wants to rent with Africrest Properties, @Melrose Gardens in Bramley, let me tell you something...

I moved in December 2020 as I liked the place, which was said to come with Wi-Fi installed. Today marks the 8th month and I still do not have any Wi-Fi installed. And the excuse I receive is that they are waiting for an external company to come install.. I have no idea whether they are still manufacturing the Wi-Fi or what but this is rather very disgusting.

Worst service I have ever encountered and I will make sure they feel it because I have incurred extra costs for internet because I have to work from home. I want all the costs I incurred because this is false advertising. I am going to report this to every site possible since they think I am a joke. To top it off, we haven't had hot water for months. The best you can get is warm water, if you are lucky. How must you bath with cold water in winter????? Our people don't even want to visit anymore because of this nonsense. We are charged for services we do not receive. If they think they will go scot free, they have another thing coming. Disgusting service
