Disappointing Experience with Africrest Properties

I recently stayed at Africrest Properties, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. One of the major issues I encountered was with the connection of my washing machine to a hot water supply, which caused significant damage to my clothes. I promptly reported the problem to management, providing clear evidence of the issue. They sent a maintenance worker to fix the connection, but despite my request for compensation for the ruined clothes, Africrest Properties refused to cover the costs.

Additionally, when I moved out, I was surprised to find that I was not refunded my full deposit, even after the inspection of the room found no issues. I was told that I needed to pay for amenities, but I had already provided proof of payment through my invoices. Unfortunately, my concerns were completely ignored, and I never received a resolution.

Overall, the lack of accountability and customer service left me very disappointed. I cannot recommend Africrest Properties based on my experience.
