Deposit and Refund unpaid

Was renting at the Apollo moved out March and till today 4 months later these guys they haven’t paid back my deposit as well as the refund of the rent I over paid with R1000 plus . Tried communicating with Apollo Apartments people several times but they keep saying they will pay on the 15th.. but of the past 4 months and nothing has come through… spoke to Simbai and several emails to both Mariska and at *** however they don’t seem to take any action but lies lies lies .
