DAY LIGHT ******IES.WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Day light ******ies. We spent the worst 12 months of our life at 360 Kent Avenue, Randburg.They increased out rentals with 1300 for utilities after we had signed a lease .They said it was for sewer, hot water ,cold water and parking .The Property Manager is a **** and he doesn't deliver your complains to the office.We end up driving with our complains to Sandton and they also gave us empty promises.People were smoking and partying indoors .There are moulds in the bathroom ,in the kitchen cupboards and on the bedroom walls .They don't clean their corridos and my clothes were disappearing on the washing line ,we complained and they fooled us with a camera and **** to people that it was a CCTV.They hire unprofessional guards who will be busy gossiping to people about their patners and chasing ladies all the time .DON'T FALL INTO THIS TRAP ,THEY ARE ******* THEY OVERCHARGE WATER AND FORCE YOU TO PAY FOR PARKING AFTER YOU SIGNED THEIR LEASE .THEY DON'T RESPOND TO YOUR COMPLAINS .EVERYONE MOVED OUT WHEN THEIR LEASE EXPIRED .WE WANTED TO MOVE OUT BEFORE IT EXPIRES BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICES AND THEY THREATENED US .
