Clean-sweep

Africrest advertises a apartment cleaning company called Clean Sweep (https://clean-sweep.co.za). Take note this company does not exist in proper form of existence except a website.

Utilizing the website I booked a cleaning service. Not only did the person arrive over an hour later, I could not get hold of anyone using the contact details provided. I got the worker to contact the manager and after few unsuccessful attempt she finally got hold of him and his attitude was totally unsatisfactory. There was no contact after to find a solution to maintain better customer relations. After I called and had a bad experience communicating with the manager, we came to the understanding that a refund will be made. I was told that within 48 hours the money will be in my account. Over a week later and no money has been reimbursed. I have made attempts to contact the company and sadly hit a dead end. Is this company that Africrest is promoting within their premises even legit? Is this someone's relative that got the business?
