Bad service
I have been living at the Alpha apartments for over a year I regret staying the because now I have to fight for the refund of my deposit I even regret referring a friend to stay there . The referral fee which was promised was never sent to me. This is really disappointing.

The matter has been investigated and the following was found:
Deposit refunds were processed the first week of August and are released after 14 working days, as per your signed lease. Our estate management team also communicated this when you moved out at the end of July.
Correspondence for Refer-a-friend had not been sent/communicated with the estate team, as per our outlined processes. Therefore, the referral prize couldn’t be allocated as we had no knowledge of the referral.
