Bad customer service.

Beautiful place with bad staff. I lived at the landmark apartments 2 months ago. I defaulted on rent and what happened after that was a complete shock and totally against the law. 1) I had 2 guys knocking at my door(instructed by Sihle) mentioning that I have been evicted and they are there 2 change the locks. I didnt want to engage in an argument and I did exactly as they said and left the building. I requested to have a checklist done to make sure my belongings would be safe and they told me they dont have time for that. It came as a surprise because how would you be able to make sure that none of my things are missing. I recently called them to request a list of my valuables and they are still refusing to provide such. Not only did I face an ******* eviction, my valuables are kept from me. I opted to go the legal route to have this issue resolved. I do not recommend this company.
