Bad customer service

I viewed a bachelor on property 24 (49 Linded road, Bramely) and sent the admin a text and we agreed that I can come the following day between 8am and 5pm. I then called at 4h20pm that I am coming, the coloured lady answered and was so rude to me ans told me I cannot come because it is late when I asked she said mam we saying we can’t see you don’t come. I was already on my way, I got there and they didn’t even want to show me the property, even during the interactions they were so rude, acting like I am wasting their time her and the Indian lady.
